The intelligent grain size ensures very quick, complete removal of wash system scratches and similar traces of use and gives the paintwork a long-lasting deep sheen. Sanding marks left behind by 2500 grade sanding media are removed effortlessly. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly coordinated for the treatment of scratch-proof paint. Cut: 6,0 Gloss: 7,0 Recommendations for use: Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad) and polish the precleaned surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm. At the start of the polishing process we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed. In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed. The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with our Profi ultrasonic cut microfibre cloth. Koch Chemie M3.02 Micro Cut Anti-Hologram Finishing Polish compound Micro Cut M3.02 is the latest generation machine micro-polish for the permanent removal of streaks, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks to P3000 grain size on all paint systems (including scratch-resistant). Through the use of highly specialised, extremely homogenous abrasive bodies, a brilliant permanent high gloss finish is created under extreme light conditions even on dark and similarly sensitive shades. Holograms and fine scratches are eliminated mechanically and not, which is often the case, covered over. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical, easy to polish and removable without leaving traces. Cut: 3,2 Gloss: 9,0 Usage: For optimum results we recommend using our Micro Cut Pad and an orbital polisher with forced rotation (eg Makita PO5000C, highest speed). Alternatively a rotary polisher can be used in combination with our Micro Cut Pad. Before use, moisten dried or new pads completely with polish. With the machine switched off, apply the polish evenly over the surface to be treated and then polish crosswise with medium pressure until a transparent film appears, ie, until the aluminium oxide in the polish has completely broken down. Do not use pads used with this product for other products. For non-scratch and groove-free removal of polish residues we recommend our non-chainstitched Profi microfibre cloth that has been ultrasonically cut.
